Kim Keating is Founder of Keating Advisors. With more than 20 years of experience, Kim serves as a trusted advisor to organizations in helping develop effective talent management strategies. She specializes in working with leaders to align their business strategy, organization design, and compensation practices to attract and retain top talent and deliver improved results. Kim also speaks, conducts workshops, and advises professionals on how to negotiate equitable pay.
Prior to founding Keating Advisors, Kim was a consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Sibson & Company, human capital consulting firms where she worked with organizations to address strategic human resources challenges. Her senior corporate roles include leading the rewards function for The Advisory Board Company, a research think-tank, and the Motley Fool, a financial education company. Preceding her human resources career, Kim was a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Bank and Chief Financial Officer at Teach for America.
Kim holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Kim was awarded an International Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship and studied at the United States International University in Nairobi, Kenya.
Kim is also a contributing author to the book, Lean In for Graduates. She is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post and has been published in the WorldatWork and CUPA HR Journals, as well as featured in numerous business and women’s publications, including Washington Business Journal, Glamour Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine. Kim is currently a board member of Leanin.org Foundation, whose mission is to encourage women to pursue their ambitions, and NURU International, a nonprofit dedicated to ending global extreme poverty.

Jenn Wendus is Managing Director at Keating Advisors. Jenn is an experienced compensation professional with fifteen years of experience in human resources consulting. She has a proven track record in project management, leading compensation analyses and systems development, and developing organizational total rewards strategy.
Jenn has worked with clients in a variety of industries including nonprofit, professional and trade associations, technology, energy, transportation, local banking, education (elementary, secondary and higher education), government contracting, and professional services. Her specialties include developing organizational total rewards strategy, nonprofit executive compensation, staff compensation, market pay studies, salary structure design, incentive compensation plan design, career pathing, and performance management.
Jenn is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), WorldatWork Total Rewards Association, and Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA). She holds a BA from American University in Washington, DC and a Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences with a concentration in Organizational Management from The George Washington University.
Dr. Yvette M. Best is a Principal at Keating Advisors. Yvette is a results-oriented human resources leader with more than 25 years of global human resources and academic experience, having worked for the transportation, aviation, pharmaceutical, secondary/higher education, hospitality and consumer goods industry.
Throughout her corporate tenure, Yvette was responsible for domestic/international relocation, performance management, executive incentive design, and developing and managing company-wide global mobility, pay practices and procedures. She possesses solid skills in global team leadership, strategic planning, compensation administration, and transformational change management. Yvette has a record of launching innovative approaches to improve departmental efficiencies through planning, translating strategy into operational efficiency, facilitation and prioritization.
Yvette is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and WorldatWork Total Rewards Association. She is a founding board member of the Central Florida Compensation and Benefits Association and currently serves on the Board of the Greater Washington (DC) Employee Relocation Council. Yvette received her BA in Spanish from the University of Michigan, MBA from Rutgers Business School and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership/Human Resource Development from Nova Southeastern University.
Eureka Brown is a Compensation Analyst at Keating Advisors. Eureka has more than a decade of experience in compensation. Her background includes public and private sector where she has held both managerial and consultative roles across various industries. Eureka focuses on assisting organizations with developing compensation philosophies and practices and understanding data with the ultimate goal of maximizing their abilities to attract, retain and motivate highly desirable talent.
Eureka holds a BA from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She has earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certifications from WorldatWork and the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Nina Dixon is a Compensation Consultant at Keating Advisors. Nina began working with Keating Advisors as a Compensation Analyst after completion of her undergraduate career. Returning to Keating Advisors in 2021, Nina has spent the bulk of her career working in data and analytics in the travel industry, managing and consulting global clients. She has experience in data modeling, analytics, and visualizations.
Nina holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Howard University in Washington, DC and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Analytics and Management from American University. Nina has always had a passion for Human Resource consulting and brings her analytic background coupled with the knowledge she is gaining from her current HR program to the team.
Charlotte Silag is a Compensation Consultant at Keating Advisors. Charlotte has fifteen years of experience in compensation, recruiting, and performance management. She has expertise in market pricing, salary and bonus planning, incentive plan administration, and job evaluation and analysis.
Charlotte received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and holds an M.B.A from Old Dominion University. Charlotte is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a member of WorldatWork Total Rewards Association.
